Doctor Visit at Home

When it is hard to take a patient to the clinic, a doctor comes to you. General physicians and specialists visit your home day or night, examine the patient, give a prescription and plan the follow-up.

  • General physicians & specialists
  • Day or night visits
  • Prescription & follow-up
  • At the earliest
Doctor visit

A doctor at your door

We send doctors to the patient’s home as per their requirements and condition — for planned check-ups as well as unforeseen situations.

General physician visits

For fever, infections, blood pressure, sugar and other everyday health problems, or a check-up for an elderly or bedridden patient.

Specialist visits

Specialists across fields visit the patient at home when the condition needs expert attention.

Prescription and follow-up

The doctor gives a prescription and plans the follow-up: another visit, an online consultation, or tests at home.

Who it helps

When a doctor visit at home helps

A home visit is a good fit when:

  • An elderly or bedridden patient finds it hard to travel to a clinic
  • A patient has just come home from hospital and needs a check-up
  • A long-term condition such as diabetes or high blood pressure needs a regular review
  • Someone has a fever or an infection and is too unwell to sit in a waiting room
  • A patient receiving nursing care at home needs to be seen by a doctor
Before the visit

What to keep ready

It helps the doctor if you have these to hand:

  • A list of the medicines the patient takes now, with the doses
  • Old prescriptions, discharge summaries and recent test reports
  • Recent temperature, blood pressure or sugar readings, if you have them
  • A short note of the symptoms: when they started and what has changed
  • Your questions for the doctor, written down
Step by step

How it works

  1. Call or WhatsApp us

Call 9090-1919-54, message us on WhatsApp or fill in the form. Our team is available 24×7.

  2. Tell us what you need

A care manager understands the patient’s condition and needs, and shares the price on the call.

  3. The doctor visits

A doctor visits at the earliest — day or night — or at a time that suits your family.

  4. Ongoing support

One point of contact for follow-ups, changes and anything else you need along the way.

Frequently asked questions

Do you send specialists, or only general physicians?

Both. General physicians and specialists can visit the patient at home.

Can a doctor come at night?

Yes, doctors visit day or night. In a medical emergency, call 112 first, then call us on 9090-1919-54.

Will the doctor give a prescription?

Yes. The doctor gives a prescription and plans the follow-up.

When should we call 112 instead of booking a doctor visit?

Call 112 (or 102 / 108 for an ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital immediately for chest pain, signs of a stroke (face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech), severe difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, unconsciousness or a seizure. A doctor visit at home is not a replacement for emergency hospital treatment in these situations.

Can tests be done at home if the doctor advises them?

Yes. If the doctor advises tests, we can arrange blood tests and other diagnostics at home.

What should we keep ready for the visit?

The patient’s current medicines, old prescriptions and discharge summaries, recent test reports, any readings you have (temperature, blood pressure or sugar), and your questions for the doctor.

How much does it cost?

Prices depend on what the patient needs (the service, tests or equipment, and for how long), so we share them on a call — affordable and transparent, with no hidden charges. Call 9090-1919-54 or fill in the form and we will call you back.

Is home care covered by insurance?

No. Our home care services are not covered by insurance. We will explain the price clearly before you book.

Which cities do you serve, and how soon can you come?

We provide care at home in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata. Our team reaches you at the earliest, or at a time that suits your family.

The information on this page is general and is not medical advice. Care is planned around each patient’s condition by qualified doctors and nurses. In a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
